About 10.4% of the entire African-American male population in the United States aged 25 to 29 was incarcerated, by far the largest racial or ethnic group—by comparison, 2.4% of Hispanic men and 1.2% of white men in that same age group were incarcerated. According to a report by the Justice Policy Institute in 2002, the number of black men in prison has grown to five times the rate it was twenty years ago.
A study by the California Judicial Council Advisory Committee on Racial and Ethnic Bias in the Courts found that the justice system gives little attention or resources to investigating crimes against minorities and that minority defendants receive harsh treatment compared to white defendants in similar circumstances. The study also found that black-on-black crime or Latino-on-Latino crime is not taken as seriously as crimes against whites. Judges seem to believe that violence is more "acceptable" to black women because they are viewed as coming from violent communities. There are countless studies that proves the judicial system is bias, racist and classist!
Is there a conspiracy to destroy the black family/population? Why does everyone accept the popular notion that blacks are inherently prone to criminality? "Do the crime, you pay the time" But why are young black men being thrown in prisons for 20 or more years for crimes that dont fit the punishment? Is it to stop them from reproducing? Is it about cheap labor? (modern day slavery) Doesnt anyone find it odd that blacks make up 12% of America's population, but almost half of the prison population? If you look at FBI arrest statistics you'll see whites are arrested way more than blacks, which makes sense being that they are the majority. But the FBI stats that are based on convictions show a totally different story. Its appearent blacks are getting convicted way more than their white counterparts. WHY?
Blacks are disproportionately targeted, stopped, arrested, prosecuted, sentenced to long mandatory prison terms and executed.
